Engagements are varied and evolve with your skills and interests. You may work on:

›Design and run Kubernetes clusters in production, from multi-cloud (Scaleway, OVH, Azure, AWS, GCP, and many more) to on-premise GPU

›Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD, Flux, Tekton)

›Build AI platforms that actually ship: open-source models, GPU inference, RAG on sensitive data

›Set up end-to-end observability: Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Tempo

›Secure the stack: zero-trust, continuous scanning (Trivy, Falco), secrets management, compliance

›Get hands-on in the field when it matters, from RJ45 cabling to server racking, because hardware counts as much as code

Getting up to speed is part of the process. We make time for onboarding, understanding the technical environments, and gradual skills development.

We rely on the best open-source tools the ecosystem has to offer, every single day. Using them isn't enough: we file issues, send pull requests, document edge cases, and share what we learn so the next team doesn't hit the same wall.
